You are an expert at identifying, engaging and activating influencers across a wide variety of budgets. Being knowledgeable of the influencer landscape and impactful personalities across verticals is key, but you are also an expert in recognizing micro-influencers for focused and budget friendly campaigns.

Team Management – You oversee the growth and professional development of your team and the broader agency junior staff, including drafting and delivering performance reviews alongside a Vice President, conducting quarterly meetings to assess progress, and elevating performance issues to Vice President as needed. Social Media – You can review and analyze data across owned, earned and social channels to make recommendations to a client. You know how to evaluate social media performance for a brand, and regularly read relevant industry blogs and media about digital marketing and its evolution. You constantly look for new ways to help clients reach their goals, expand services intelligently, and/or shift strategies when necessary to ensure client retention. Over time you become a high-valued resource to clients and they come to you for out-of-scope advice regularly.

Culture – You proactively seek self-improvement and do not shy away from feedback. You confidently surface and dissect weaknesses and failures, as often as strengths and successes. You’re known for hustle and no job is beneath you.
