Creative Copywriter

OVERVIEW

THR33FOLD is looking for a brainstorming, storytelling, brand champion, team player, grammar guru, copy enthusiast to add to our killer team of creatives here at the fold.

A THR33FOLD Creative Copywriter must have a strong portfolio and write like the wind. The candidate will join the creative team to concept creative strategies and produce killer copy for social media, video, digital advertising, radio and corporate communications. We are looking for someone who can manage a wide range of short and long form writing. The role will be responsible for creating copy as well as identifying appropriate content types, topics, and tone for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write copy – amazing, dazzling copy – for social media, websites, videos, print ads, brochures, and other digital marketing mediums
  • Adhere to or develop (where appropriate) the tone and style of a brand voice
  • Obsessively edit, revise, and proofread copy to absolute perfection
  • Actively contribute/create original ideas for campaigns across clients’ product lines and media
  • Work across teams to ensure consistent messaging is created and campaign content is aligned
  • Be a voice on our THR33FOLD blog to help fuel progress and drive social change
  • Contribute ideas for new business and current campaigns across social media, PR and grassroots marketing initiatives

This role designs for social media campaigns, social apps, apps, websites, digital media & advertising. Our clients are as varied as can be throughout the Food, Tech, Energy, Finance, Consumer Goods, Travel & Healthy Lifestyle sectors and the perfect candidate will be able to move from one project to the next without missing a beat. Our designers are excited to push themselves to the limit in this fast-passed environment and have a roll up their sleeves attitude.

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Strong conceptual thinking. Designers are expected to not just flawlessly execute teammates’ ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process.
  • A sold design background: 2+ years of digital experience (preferably agency experience), an intimate knowledge of industry tools. (Strong Portfolio + Adobe Cloud a must)
  • Working knowledge of social design, banner design and digital ad standards a must. As well as, a no fear approach in working with new social apps set-up, such as Facebook tabs.
  • A solid understanding of interactivity and the Web.

Social Media Account Executive

OVERVIEW

THR33FOLD is seeking a dynamic, creative, social media-savvy leader who will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic social media campaigns and social media community management.  You will be a thought-leader and counselor to agency leadership and agency partners, as well as be responsible managing global brands across social media platforms.

A THR33FOLD Social Media Manager will lead the day-to-day management of key social web platforms and content development for the agency’s client brands. The candidate must have a proven track record for producing results. We are looking for someone who can manage a wide range of tasks with respect to creative and editorial deliverables in digital/social space on a daily basis. This person will work closely with the Integrated Strategists as well as the creative team, and will be responsible for creating content as well as identifying appropriate content types, topics, tone and timing for each social platform. In this role, s/he will need to evaluate appropriate tone for each channel while maintaining the client’s branding and tone of voice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the overall social landscape and stay up to date on social media best practices
  • Day-to-day management of key social web platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram, Periscope, etc

Our Public Relations Account Supervisors are responsible for client success, retention and growth. Account Supervisors are the point of contact for our clients, ensuring that we meet established goals and metrics to consistently demonstrate a track record of delivering high quality client service.

Account Supervisors strive to solve our client’s larger business problems, not just the immediate request at hand. They are expected to establish strong relationships with their clients through frequent high-value conversations and in-person meetings, offering strategic counsel on matters related to the client, products, industry and competitive landscape. Account Supervisors hold productive agency and client meetings and are strong communicators who present persuasive POV’s and champion great creative work. Account Supervisors have an acute understanding of navigating client relationships at all levels, team development and growth opportunities. Account Supervisors are responsible for troubleshooting issues and challenges, while elevating issues to senior management as it relates to team performance, client happiness, and overall program success.

Account Supervisors lead by example and continually improve or make suggestions to advance the way we operate. They are at the helm in development and execution of training, agency events, and all large initiatives rooted in agency growth, client services improvement, and career growth & development of junior staff.

Areas of Focus:

Media Relations & Influencer Relations – You’re a media pitch-master who knows how to generate, measure and value PR results, whether you are directing a team or personally leading pitch initiatives daily. You’ll drive the media relations programs by ensuring established account strategy translates into editorial results and take lead on list building, drafting pitches and media plan execution. You are an expert at identifying, engaging and activating influencers across a wide variety of budgets. Being knowledgeable of the influencer landscape and impactful personalities across verticals is key, but you are also an expert in recognizing micro-influencers for focused and budget friendly campaigns.

Team Management – You oversee the growth and professional development of your team and the broader agency junior staff, including drafting and delivering performance reviews alongside a Vice President, conducting quarterly meetings to assess progress, and elevating performance issues to Vice President as needed. You will also serve as a mentor and resource to junior staff, providing leadership and direction as it relates to client service, new business development, industry networking, staff training and development, and quality control.

Writing – You set the framework for PR strategy plans, presentations and proposals, ensuring the documents reflect clients’ needs and business goals. You will author and/or be the final voice for strategic press releases, and serve as senior level resource to clients on message development for all significant announcements; as well as working to cultivate the writing skills of junior members of the team by providing consistent counsel (above and beyond grammar edits) and training opportunities to help team develop exemplary writing skills.

Social Media – You can review and analyze data across owned, earned and social channels to make recommendations to a client. You know how to evaluate social media performance for a brand, and regularly read relevant industry blogs and media about digital marketing and its evolution. You’ve played a role in executing a Digital-first campaign for clients and understand the core tactics for communicating success around building an audience for client owned media properties. You’ve counseled clients on the appropriate application of social media tools and strategies on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram (as appropriate). You possess an understanding of broader digital marketing disciplines such as content marketing and SEO.

Client Relations / Consulting – You know how to effectively present the value of PR over and above “UMV” in context of the broader marketing goals for your client. You understand the distinct role of PR across owned, earned, social, search and paid media landscapes, and use this knowledge to recommend growth opportunities. You constantly look for new ways to help clients reach their goals, expand services intelligently, and/or shift strategies when necessary to ensure client retention. You strive to pro-actively lead your client’s marketing department versus merely handling PR. Over time you become a high-valued resource to clients and they come to you for out-of-scope advice regularly.

Creative/Graphic Design Intern

OVERVIEW

THR33FOLD is looking for an enthusiastic intern with a passion for design to assist the creative department in all visual needs of current clientele. The individual will work closely with the team on client work, so attention to detail is an absolute must. He/she must be able to take direction well, have strong communication skills, must be willing to work hard, and must not be afraid to ask questions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and experience in graphic design (for print and digital), the Adobe Creative Suite, social media and website design. Experience or interest in photography, videography, or copywriting is a plus.

Internships are unpaid for the first three months. Stellar interns that knock our socks off with their application may qualify to skip this three-month period and start as a paid intern.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the creative team in translation and distribution of creative elements from concept to rollout for integrated campaigns
  • Produce quality design work on a daily basis that will directly support campaign efforts in social media, PR, branding, and digital media under direction of the Art Director
  • Participate in creative concepting and content brainstorming sessions
  • Act as production support to the creative team
  • Create unique designs for promotions and campaigns
  • Assist with preparing, designing, and creating art files for print production

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional skills in Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign is a plus)
