This beautifully restored Cape Cod Sea Captain’s estate, which is spread out over six buildings, offers 35 well-appointed rooms, a luxurious spa and a popular restaurant and bar. Period furniture and antiques fill the tastefully decorated common areas and large guest rooms. Its central location, with included parking, makes it easy to explore Provincetown’s many charms with little hassle. The lovely landscaped courtyard and pool area invite lounging.

Among the 35 rooms, a queen-size bed is the smallest you’ll find. All beds are dressed in 450-thread-count linens, with treats on the pillow for nightly turndown service. Penthouse suites have two floors of living space with a full kitchen, and many rooms have private balconies with water or town views. Some rooms also feature fireplaces and whirlpool tubs.
Depending on the room type, bathrooms have walk-in showers or showers with whirlpool tubs. They are outfitted with high-end bath products.
The lobby bar adjacent to the check-in desk is a lively spot to hang out.
There is an outdoor heated pool that is open from 9 am-8 pm, Memorial Day through Columbus Day. There are also two hot tubs.
In the handsome, full-service Shui Spa, you might opt for soothing treatments. Facilities include a a lounge area, a warm mineral therapy tub, a sauna and steam room. All treatments utilize Kiehl’s Skin Care Products.
Overnight guests can use the spa’s facilities for free (treatments are extra).
The Pointe Restaurant & Wine Bar features seafood with a modern spin and is open for dinner only. Overnight guests get a full complimentary hot cooked-to-order breakfast, which includes an entrée and a side dish, plus a variety of cereals, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit and juice, fresh-baked muffins, breads, and more.
The Pointe Lounge and Lobby Bar serves up a variety of drinks and wine. Hotel guests can enjoy a complimentary wine, cheese and beer hour from 5-6 pm nightly. During the warmer months, it is held pool side; in the cooler months, it is held fire side in The Club Room.
